WAB-400

Ultrasonic cleaning - drying - conservation on a footprint of less than 1.5 m²!

The stamping and bending machine WAB-400 has been established for several years as a high-speed production machine for plain bearings (flanged bushes) made of three-layer materials in inline production. Other applications are sleeves and bushings made of monometal (steel, bronze), bimetal, foil material with expanded metal and bronze fabric basis.

Performance data:
Working range: approx. Ø 5-30 mm x 40 mm length, tape thickness from approx. 0.5 to 2.0 mm

Output:
cyl. Bushes up to Ø 12 mm 300 pieces/min.
cyl. Bushes up to Ø 30 mm 250 pieces/min.
Collar bushes up to Ø 12 mm 300 pieces/min.
Flanged bushes up to Ø 30 mm 250 pieces/min.

We were able to reduce the complete tool change time to approx. 15 minutes through constant further developments and new designs (SMED).
